Project Management and communication has to be very lly one who has done the PM role in web development, mobile development, application development, ideally for US clients though not mandatory. The PM will be interacting with US clients on a day to day basis. Someone who has started as a Java software developer and then has moved into Project Management. PMP CSM certified would be ideal

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

• Develop comprehensive project plans.

• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones, project deliverable’s, quality, budget and client satisfaction.
