Project Manager- IT (MS D365)

We're growing rapidly and looking for a D365 Sales / CRM and Power Platform Project Manager (min 9 yrs. exp. in Microsoft CRM), responsibilities are,

> Preparing Client proposals

> Tasks estimates and assignment to team members

> Client communication and calls

> Be a mentor of at least 3 to 4 CRM developers

> Manage timesheets per project

> Provide any training that team members need

> Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed

> Manage the flow of day-to-day operations

> Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
