we have a client base in the usa mainly in new york.
the project management intern will assist the internal project management team with various tasks relating to construction management.
contract length: minimum 3 months of internship
requirement: laptop and a good internet connection
stipend: we do not provide fixed stipend. we reward performance through monetary performance incentives mostly at end of the internship tenure work timings:
● monday to friday working
● 2 pm to 11 pm (flexibility offered as per discussion with reporting manager post joining)

responsibilities
● performing activities such as quality control and documentation according to the guidelines provided by the client.
● maintaining the record of different items to be used or going to use at the site along with their rate list.
● preparing and scheduling of resources such as subcontractors and purchase orders.
● preparing and tracking purchase orders with inputs from clients where required.
● change order and tracking based on changes and site conditions initiated and reported by the field team.
● assist project team in developing, reviewing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans, and making sure needed action plans are implemented
● ensure integration of subcontractors schedules and progress measurement system
qualifications
● pursuing or completed a civil engineering bachelor's degree/ diploma
● good communication
● ability to work independently
● analytical skills
● proficient with google suite
