Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of lighting projects across commercial, residential, and architectural sectors. This role will work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure lighting projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling lighting project timelines and milestones.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules for lighting fixtures and equipment.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, submittals, product specs, and change orders.

Communicate regularly with Project contractors, Design Team for updates and resolve issues.

Help manage punch lists, project close-out documentation, and client handovers.
