We are a new and growing trading startup building a professional team for systematic financial-market trading.

We are looking for 3 talented individuals who are not simply looking for a job, but want to learn, grow and become part of the company's core team.

MATHEMATICS & ANALYTICAL ABILITY - MUST

You should be someone who:

• Has a strong mathematical and numerical ability

• Has good logical and analytical thinking

• Can understand patterns, probability and numerical relationships

• Is comfortable working with numbers and data

• Is disciplined and able to follow a defined process

• Has excellent concentration and attention to detail

• Has a genuine interest in financial markets

• Is willing to learn and develop as a professional trader

COMPUTER SKILLS

Basic computer knowledge is required, including:

• MS Excel / spreadsheets

• Internet and web research

• Basic data handling

• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods

Good communication skills in English are preferred.

TRADING KNOWLEDGE

• Freshers are welcome

• Previous trading experience is welcome

• Basic knowledge of Options and financial markets is desirable

• Prior professional trading experience is not mandatory

• Training will be provided in our trading methodology and processes

YOUR ROLE

You will be trained to:

• Monitor live financial markets

• Analyse market behaviour

• Identify trading opportunities

• Work with our proprietary trading tools and systems

• Execute trades according to predefined rules

• Follow strict risk-management and trading discipline

• Maintain trading records and analyse performance

• Develop into a professional trader as the company grows
