Job Summary:

An opportunity to work with Indias leading automobile manufacturing company as a Production Trainee. This role is ideal for freshers with ITI or 12th qualification who wish to start their career in the manufacturing sector and gain real-time hands-on experience in production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling mechanical and electronic parts

Performing basic maintenance tasks

Operating tools and machines

Conducting basic quality checks (QC)

Following safety and operational procedures

Participating in training and skill development sessions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

12th pass (any stream)

OR ITI (2 years) in trades like Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Mechatronics, etc.

Age: 18 to 23 years

Gender: Male & Female both eligible

Physical Requirements:

Minimum height: 4 ft

Weight: 3570 kg

No color blindness, medically fit

Minimum marks: 40% for females, 50% for males

Job Details:

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Shift: Rotational shifts

Work Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Stipend: 14,649 (Year 1), 14,935 (Year 2)

Attendance Bonus: 2,500/month

Overtime: As per company policy

Monthly Earnings: Approx. 15,000
