Opening For Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising daily lamination production activities

2. Ensuring product quality and process adherence

3. Coordinating with production, maintenance & quality teams

4. Maintaining shift reports and manpower allocation

5. Monitoring machine performance and ensuring smooth operations________________________________________

4. QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education: Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical

Experience Required: Fresher or Experienced

Technical Skills:

1. Basic understanding of production process

2. Knowledge of lamination or plastic processing (preferred)

3. Ability to handle manpower

4. Shift handling capability

5. Basic computer knowledge
