Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the production process in our facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Production Operations:** Supervise daily production activities to ensure that targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring they have the necessary training and tools to perform their tasks effectively.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor product quality at various stages of production to adhere to quality standards and implement improvements as needed.

- **Schedule Coordination:** Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.

- **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output levels, downtime, and any issues encountered.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify any production issues promptly and develop solutions to minimize impact on operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and 1-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment. You will need strong leadership skills to manage and motivate your team effectively. Good communication skills are essential for clear interactions with team members and other departments. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail to monitor quality control and problem-solving capabilities to address production challenges proactively.
