Production and Quality Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced production and Quality Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, and implementing improvements where necessary. The Quality Incharge will collaborate with production teams to maintain quality assurance procedures and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.

2. Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

3. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

4. Train and supervise quality control inspectors and technicians.

5. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of concern.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

7. Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.

8. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Quality Incharge or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
