Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and achieve production targets.

Manage wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, cabling, armouring, and sheathing processes.

Monitor machine performance, productivity, and minimize downtime.

Ensure quality, safety, and process compliance.

Plan manpower and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

Reduce scrap, improve efficiency, and maintain production reports.
