Role Description

This is a 3 year contract, on-site Production Supervisor role located in Francistown. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production meets quality and efficiency standards. You will also manage machine maintenance, production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a wire fencing material production or manufacturing environment is a must.

knowledge of chainlink fence, barbed wire machine maintainance.

farm gate fabrication.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production

Attention to detail and organizational skills
