Job Description

job profile: will be primarily responsible for production activities of the company.

1. performing production operation in accordance with manuals, guidelines, checklists

2. striving to ensure that all production activities are cost-effective and looking at all possible innovation to keep capital & operating costs low

3. co-ordinating with store department for day to day requirements of raw materials, packing materials, fuel and consumables.

4. co-ordinating with qc department for qc of intermediates and finished goods.

5. co-ordinating with maintenance team for any type of equipment breakdown.

6. entering the production data on erp production module, maintaining online log sheet/batch card.

7. maintain good housekeeping of production area and production equipment.

8. knowledge of safety systems / permits in company (hydrants, fire extinguishers and other safety terminology)

9. supervision of labour / contract labour

10. basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents.
