The tasks a Supervisor and Foreman, Hosiery is expected to perform include:

• Supervising the workers in specified section of hosiery mill

• Dealing with the manufacture of socks, vests, gloves and other hosiery products

• Guiding the knitting jobber to set machine according to the type of article to be manufactured

• Ensuring the upkeep of machines and equipment in perfect working condition

• Ensuring that manufacturing target is achieved

• Enforcing that safety and other rules and regulations are followed

• Keeping the records, registers and submitting reports
