Job Description

• produce crushers as per production plan

• allocate manpower based on prioritization of orders and availability of material

• ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met

• track actual hours generated, analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance efficiency of workmen

• maintain shop floor by ensuring principles of 5s and kaizen are met

• test each equipment after assembly, identify potential problems, correct identified problems and implement preventive actions where required
