Senior Engineer Production (Crusher)

• Produce crushers as per production plan

• Allocate manpower based on prioritization of orders and availability of material

• Ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met

• Track actual hours generated, analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance efficiency of workmen

• Maintain shop floor by ensuring principles of 5S and Kaizen are met

• Test each equipment after assembly, identify potential problems, correct identified problems and implement preventive actions where required
