• proficiency in erp system (sap) and ms office

• qms system awareness (iso 9001)

• ability to work in rotational shifts

job responsibilities:-

• prepare daily documentation of production planning and maintenance planning related reports

• monitor and control shop floor activities

• execute breakdown maintenance

• perform preventive maintenance

• plan mold and material changes

• maintain plant utility systems

• conduct mold, machine, and material trials

• coordinate procurement of raw material

additional comments:

• sap knowledge is essential

checklist of tasks (with frequency):

• production planning report (daily)

• daily production report (daily)

• raw material requisition report (as required)

• breakdown maintenance report of machine, mold, and utility accessories (as required)

• preventive maintenance of machines and utility equipment report (as per schedule)
