Product Owner

Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to define and drive product vision, roadmap, and goals. The role involves managing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of features through Agile/Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and objectives.

Own and manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, and maintain user stories/features.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

Work closely with Scrum Master and Development Team to ensure clear understanding of features.

Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.

Make prioritization decisions to maximize business value.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to inform product strategy.

Evaluate product progress and provide feedback to align with vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with UX principles and data-driven product development.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to balance technical understanding with business acumen.
