Job Summary

The Data Extraction / Product Cataloguer will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for supporting our team of Catalogue Specialists and assisting in management of the item Catalogue to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our item files within the Design Schedule platform. This role includes working on a computer both within the platform and in external applications to maintain the Design Schedule platform. Intermediate level of XPath or other extraction tool from (website, pdf) knowledge is an added advantage. Candidate must complete tasks within deadlines and should have the ability to work under pressure.

Produces as desired export of itemised data from (website, pdf) to Excel Files in an effort to create an accurate database.

Engages with current Catalogue team to identify necessary changes to in-progress data extraction projects so as to achieve the fullest and most accurate exports

Identify frequently asked questions (FAQ) and establish a basic standard operating procedure (SOP) for data extraction

Desired Candidate Profile

Working knowledge of Excel , advance excel knowledge of excel is an added advantage

Experience in projects involving product cataloging
