- able to do data visualization to communicate business insights using various tools

- help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes to measure return on investment

- hands on in terms of execution and problem solving

- ability to connect data of different types, working with potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to discover new insights

- put analyses, findings and recommendations in an easy to understand, visually appealing manner in powerpoint slides

- work with function to prioritize business and information needs

- locate and define new process improvement opportunities

- the candidate shall be responsible for handling and integrating large volumes of data from various sources.

- the candidate shall also be responsible for mining the data and coming up with actionable insights

- track existing key business/product metrics

- create new metrics/derived metrics which reflects the overall health of product/business

- write/update sql queries to get ab test results

- generate/pitch new ideas to improve productivity metrics through data analytics

- optimise and improve the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
