We’re Hiring: IT Procurement & RFX Specialist – Government Bidding (NYC Focus) 🚀

📍 Remote – Based in India (with monthly travel to Vadodara / Ahmedabad / Durgapur)

🕒 Full-Time – . Eastern Time Schedule

💰 Salary: DOE (Depends on Experience)+ Bonus

Do you have current, hands-on experience in . state or local government IT procurement? Have you worked on City of New York RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the last year? If so — we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage the full RFX lifecycle – from opportunity analysis to bid submission

✅ Draft technical, financial & compliance sections of proposals

✅ Collaborate with . & India-based teams for accurate, timely submissions

✅ Monitor PASSPort, , NYS Contract Reporter, and more

✅ Ensure compliance with NYC PPB & FAR guidelines

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Current experience in . state or local government IT procurement (last 12 months)

Strong knowledge of NYC Procurement Policy Board (PPB) rules & FAR compliance

Proficiency with procurement portals (PASSPort, , NYS Contract Reporter)

Ability to manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes

Strong business writing & documentation skills

Familiarity with IT solutions: cloud services, cybersecurity, software development

APMP certification or equivalent (preferred)

Excellent stakeholder management & cross-time-zone collaboration skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Work Setup:

🌎 Remote from India

🕒 Work . Eastern business hours

✈️ Travel once/month to Vadodara (GJ), Ahmedabad (GJ), or Durgapur (WB)
