SR. Process Engineer For Agro Chemical Company in Saykha/Bharuch

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

1 Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement)

2 Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance and capacity calculations for product.

3 Preparation of technical data sheets of reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, columns etc. as per product specific requirements and different standards.

4 Preparation & review of P&IDs as per standards. Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s).

5 Responsible for carrying out HAZOP as per PID and execution is done as per finalized document.

6 Preparation of material balance of new products, Heat balance for various products for getting norms.

7Estimating batch size by considering product parameter and equipment size.

8 Time cycle reduction and product setup.

9 Implementation of cost-effective improvement projects in terms of Raw material, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment occupancy and reduction over head & fixed cost.

10 Involving in improving of safety systems viz; fire hydrants system, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system in clean room, heat detector system
