Machine Operator sets up, runs, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing machinery to produce goods efficiently while adhering to safety regulations. They monitor performance, adjust settings for optimal output, inspect finished products for quality standards, and often feed raw materials into equipment. Key Responsibilities

Setup and Operation: Prepare machinery for production, including cleaning, adjusting settings, and starting up equipment according to specifications.

Monitoring and Quality Control: Continuously monitor equipment performance to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to quality standards ( Cutting, aligning )

Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshoot,, or repair minor malfunctions to keep machines running.

Production Workflow: Load raw materials, monitor production, and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet production targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be needed basic computer skills - Excel, Word, PPT

Technical Skills: Understanding of production machinery, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read blueprints or technical manuals.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for inspecting product quality and identifying machine issues.

Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
