Looking For Printer Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Printer Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers and multifunction devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laser, inkjet, barcode, and network printers from leading brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Konica Minolta, or similar.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission printers and multifunction devices at customer locations.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related printer issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of printers.

Replace defective components such as fusers, rollers, drums, print heads, and cartridges.

Configure printers on LAN/Wi-Fi networks and resolve connectivity issues.

Handle on-site and remote technical support requests.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.

Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.

Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during service visits.
