The School Principal is responsible for the overall strategic management and operations of the school/institute. The candidate should have at least 15 years' experience in this field with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He/She should have fluency in English and strong computer knowledge. The candidate should have the ability to develop and maintain an effective and efficient learning environment, manage and develop staff, create and maintain a safe and secure learning environment, ensure that the school/institute is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, and ensure that the school/institute meets all its academic, financial, and operational goals.

The School Principal must be able to take on the role of a leader, a mentor, and a guide. He/She should be able to motivate staff and students, and create and maintain a positive learning environment. He/She should be able to identify and address social, emotional, and educational needs of students and staff. He/She should be able to lead and manage school/institute meetings, plan and organize special events, and effectively communicate with the school/institute community.
