Job description Preschool Teacher

This is an on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Petals Kids Preschool and Daycare located at Salunke Vihar, Pune. The candidate should be quick learner, energetic, active and should have diploma in ECCE as preferred.

A Teacher is primarily responsible for:

Understanding of child development stages

Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children

Actively engaging them in age-appropriate learning activities while monitoring their development,

Maintaining open communication with parents, and

Ensure adherence of childcare regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.



Physical fitness, ability to lift and carry children, kneel on the floor, and participate in active play.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi). Marathi is preferred.

Good knowledge on Art/Craft/Drawing etc

Experience in working on digital platforms like facebook, Insta, making reals /editing videos etc.

Preference:

Prior experience working with any preschool is beneficial.

Job Type / Schedule : ( Monday to Saturdays)
