## position overview

we are seeking a passionate and dedicated **preschool teacher** who will inspire curiosity, foster social and emotional growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. the ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience, and creativity to the classroom.

## key responsibilities

- plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

- use play-based and experiential learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity.

- monitor and document childrens progress, sharing updates with parents regularly.

- foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

- ensure compliance with preschool policies, safety standards, and hygiene practices.

- organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

## qualifications & skills

- bachelors degree or diploma in early childhood education / montessori training (preferred).

- prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher is an advantage.

- strong communication skills in english and marathi.

- patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

- ability to design creative activities and manage classroom dynamics.
