We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher who will inspire curiosity, foster social and emotional growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience, and creativity to the classroom.

## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

- Use play-based and experiential learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity.

- Monitor and document children€™s progress, sharing updates with parents regularly.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Ensure compliance with preschool policies, safety standards, and hygiene practices.

- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

## 👩€ðŸ« Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor€™s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training (preferred).

- Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher is an advantage.

- Strong communication skills in English and Marathi.

- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

- Ability to design creative activities and manage classroom dynamics.
