## Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Preschool Teacher** who will inspire curiosity, foster social and emotional growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience, and creativity to the classroom.

## Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

- Use play-based and experiential learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity.

- Monitor and document childrens progress, sharing updates with parents regularly.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Ensure compliance with preschool policies, safety standards, and hygiene practices.

- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

## Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training (preferred).

- Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher is an advantage.

- Strong communication skills in English and Marathi.

- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

- Ability to design creative activities and manage classroom dynamics.
