Skills Required

€¢ An undergraduate degree (any vertical). An undergraduate degree in Integrated Home Science or Psychology would be an added advantage

€¢ Passionate about working with children

€¢ Enthusiastic about being a change maker in early childhood education

€¢ Knowledge of Developmentally appropriate curricular practices, Inquiry and Project Based learning (preferred)

€¢ Reflective Thinking

€¢ Organisational and planning skills

€¢ Collaboration and teamwork

€¢ Decision-making, Independent Thinking, Creative and Critical thinking

€¢ Problem-solving, conflict management and resolution

€¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills

€¢ Skills in photography, graphic design and video editing would be added advantage

Roles and responsibilities-

Including but not limited to

€¢ Develop lesson plans and material lists. Collaborate in the development of daily plans and the creation of teaching materials

€¢ Interpreting and Implementing the school curriculum.

€¢ Care, maintenance and service of their respective classroom and resources.

€¢ Responsible for the complete upkeep of the assigned classrooms and all other ancillary environments part of the day schedule.

€¢ Curious and keep trying innovative things in the school.

€¢ Deliver enquiry-based and project based learning experiences to children

€¢ Demonstrate care and commitment to children building a safe, inclusive, caring and warm environment

€¢ Document child€™s progress and maintain an open and effective communication with parents through school channel, sharing insights into their child's progress and milestones.
