1. Facilitate the learning and development of students

2. Implement the planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, providing feedback, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with other teachers and staff

5. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child

6. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
