Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters the holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical) of young children. You will prepare children for formal schooling by introducing foundational academic skills through play-based learning, storytelling, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Implementation: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards (., Montessori, CBSE, or early learning guidelines).

Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and inviting classroom environment. Establish and enforce daily routines that encourage positive behavior.

Holistic Development: Engage children in activities that build fine/gross motor skills, creativity, and early literacy/math skills (art, music, storytelling, games).

Assessment & Reporting: Observe and document student progress, maintaining detailed portfolios and reporting developmental milestones to parents through regular communication.

Parent Communication: Maintain open, polite, and consistent communication with parents regarding children
