Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. The role involves planning engaging activities that support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities

Create a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment

Support children’s learning through play, storytelling, and creative activities

Encourage good behavior, sharing, and social skills

Observe and assess each child’s development and progress

Maintain records of children’s activities and development

Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress

Ensure health, hygiene, and safety of children at all times

Work with other staff members and participate in school activities

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)

Good communication and classroom management skills

Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to plan fun and educational activities

Good organizational and time management skills

Basic knowledge of child development
