Title: Power Apps Senior Developer

Full Time

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Power Platform Expert Architect and project teams to design and develop Power Apps solutions. • Implement custom Power Apps and Power Automate flows with multiple connectors to support continuous process improvements. • Engage in developer community activities within SAXON AI, sharing knowledge and expertise. • Contribute to technical articles, courseware, or blog posts targeted at a technical audience. • Participate in presentations at tech conferences, hackathons, meetups, or have a willingness to learn. • Utilize SharePoint, SPFx, SQL DBA, Power BI, RPA, Integration in other apps/systems, and Power Virtual Agents to enhance Power Apps solutions.

Qualifications: • Strong technical skills and real-world experience with Power Platform and M365 supporting technologies. • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address highly technical as well as non-technical executive audiences. • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute initiatives over a 2–5-year time scale. • Visionary mindset with the ability to translate high-level strategy to real-world solutions. • Extensive experience with Power Platform and supporting technologies. • Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform experience developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate complex flows with multiple connectors to implement continuous process improvements. • Competent appearance towards customers, self-driven, and ability to realize projects and further develop platform competence. • Strong teamwork skills, learning and success-oriented, and concise communication in English. Desired Skills (Ideally, you'll also have): • Experience writing technical articles, courseware, or blog posts targeted at a technical audience. • Strong relationships with Microsoft product teams or other communities.
