ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Power Platform Senior Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate. The role will lead solution design, development, and governance for enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations while mentoring teams and engaging with business stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBITLITES:

* Solution Design & Leadership

* Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

* Define best practices, standards, and governance models for Power Platform implementations

* Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions

* Power Apps & Power Pages

* Design and develop advanced Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) with complex business logic

* Build and customize Power Pages for external-facing portals with authentication, security roles, and data integration

* Ensure responsive UI/UX and performance optimization across devices

* Power BI & Analytics

* Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational insights

* Implement data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning

* Integrate Power BI with Dataverse, Azure SQL, and other enterprise data sources

AUTOMATION & INTEGRATION:

* Develop Power Automate flows for business process automation

* Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party systems

* Handle error handling, logging, and monitoring for enterprise workflows

GOVERNANCE, SECURITY & ALM:

* Define and implement Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, and licensing optimization

* Set up ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub for Power Platform solutions

* Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards

LEADERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

* Act as technical lead and SME, mentoring junior developers and reviewing code

* Work closely with business, product owners, and architects

* Support presales, estimations, and solution walkthroughs when required

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on Power Platform expertise

* Deep experience in:

1. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

2. Power Pages

3. Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)

4. Power Automate

5. Strong knowledge of Dataverse

6. Experience with enterprise-scale implementations

7. Strong understanding of security, roles, and governance

8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

GOOD TO HAVE:

* Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, F&O/BC exposure is a plus)

* Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL

* Microsoft Power Platform certifications

* Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
