Looking For Plumbing Supervisor

We are looking for a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and manage plumbing work in our projects in Kolkata. As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing installations and repairs meet the required standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Plumbing Team: Lead and coordinate the activities of the plumbing team, ensuring they follow best practices and safety guidelines.

- Inspect Work Quality: Regularly check the quality of plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring they meet industry standards.

- Schedule Maintenance and Repairs: Plan and organize plumbing maintenance tasks, making sure they are completed on time and efficiently.

- Training and Development: Provide training to new team members and help existing staff improve their skills and knowledge of plumbing systems.

- Handle Customer Queries: Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing concerns and provide solutions or recommendations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in plumbing. A strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety regulations is essential. Candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients. Good problem-solving abilities are also necessary to address plumbing issues efficiently.
