PLC Engineer (3-7 Years)

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programming Engineer with experience in industrial automation and control systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems

Design and implement control logic using Ladder Logic, FBD, and Structured Text

Work with SCADA and HMI systems

Perform system testing, commissioning, and on-site support

Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, and other automation devices

Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Prepare technical documentation and reports

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation

Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as:

Siemens (TIA Portal, S7)

Allen-Bradley

Mitsubishi Electric

Schneider Electric

Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)

Experience with HMI/SCADA development

Basic electrical and instrumentation knowledge
