QTC MERCHANTS OPC PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Play Area Attendant. As a Play Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children in our play area. You will play a vital role in creating a fun and secure environment where children can engage in supervised play activities.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet children and their parents/guardians upon their arrival at the play area.

Supervise children while they are in the play area, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Enforce play area rules and guidelines to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.

Assist children in understanding and participating in age-appropriate play activities.

Engage with children in a friendly and supportive manner, promoting positive interactions and play.

Monitor and manage the cleanliness and organization of the play area, including regular sanitization of toys and equipment.

Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures for children.

Handle minor conflicts or incidents that may arise among children, implementing appropriate resolution strategies.

Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's experience and any relevant information.

Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for children and staff.
