Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform QA Engineer with strong automation expertise and a solid understanding of backend platform components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of platform-level features such as security, microservices, background jobs, email systems, SSO, and cloud-hosted services.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Validation: Develop and execute automated tests for platform components including security, database migrations, background job processing, email processing, microservices, and SSO.

Framework Development: Design, build, and enhance testing frameworks specific to platform-level testing.

CI/CD Improvements: Improve and maintain continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins, Bash...

Collaboration: Work closely with the development teams to support unit testing, integration testing, and overall quality initiatives.

Tooling: Evaluate, create, and optimize test tools to improve testing efficiency and product quality.

Quality Advocacy: Champion automation best practices and drive quality-focused improvements across the platform.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience as an Automation QA Engineer.

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or microservices (preferred).

Strong experience with DevOps tools, especially Git and Jenkins.

Good programming skills in at least one language such as Ruby, Python or Java.

Hands-on experience testing applications and services hosted on AWS Cloud.

Testing experience with REST APIs using JSON and XML payloads.

Strong desire to learn and work with a custom testing framework.

Experience with Selenium for UI automation (a plus).
