Plant Head (Can Relocate to Ivory Coast - West Africa)

The Plant Head will oversee all operations within the plant in Senegal. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Lead daily operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. This involves planning, organizing, and supervising various plant activities.

- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance by providing guidance, training, and support.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed by conducting regular inspections and audits. This is crucial to maintain a safe working environment.

- Budget Management: Oversee the plant budget and control operational costs, ensuring that expenses stay within the established limits while optimizing resources.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other departments and communicate regularly with upper management regarding plant performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a Diploma and possess 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in plant management. Strong leadership abilities are essential to drive results and promote a positive work culture. Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with team members and other stakeholders effectively. A deep understanding of production processes and commitment to safety standards is expected.
