Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to identify critical milestones and dependencies.

Monitor project progress, track actual versus planned timelines, and identify any deviations or potential risks that may impact project completion.

Provide regular reports and updates on project status, highlighting key issues, risks, and recommended actions to mitigate delays or obstacles.

Coordinate with the project team to ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.

Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders to review project schedules, address concerns, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
