Job Description

Job Role: CPL Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) aspirants, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct CPL ground classes as per DGCA syllabus

* Train students in core subjects (Air Navigation, Meteorology, Regulations, Technical General/Specific, etc.)

* Prepare students for DGCA exams with mock tests and evaluations

* Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance

* Maintain training standards and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

* Valid CPL / ATPL (DGCA or equivalent)

* Prior teaching or training experience preferred

* Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

* Passion for mentoring aspiring pilots
