We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Pilot to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position for fresh graduates, requiring a minimum of 12th-grade education. The role involves operating aircraft safely and efficiently while ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Pre-Flight Checks:** Inspect the aircraft and its systems before departure to ensure everything is functioning correctly and meets safety standards.

- **Navigate and Operate Aircraft:** Fly the aircraft along the planned routes, adjusting for weather and air traffic conditions while maintaining communication with air traffic control.

- **Ensure Passenger Safety:** Provide a safe flying experience by managing procedures for emergencies and following safety protocols at all times.

- **Monitor Instruments and Systems:** Continuously observe the aircraft instruments and systems during flight to detect any anomalies and make necessary adjustments.

- **Collaborate with Crew Members:** Work closely with co-pilots and cabin crew to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and coordination during flights.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Must have completed at least 12th grade, with a strong understanding of math and physics principles applicable to aviation.

- Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with crew and air traffic control.

- A keen attention to detail is necessary to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.

- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure, ensuring safe flight operations at all times.
