Face-to-Face For Picker & Packer Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Phoolbagan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by ensuring products are picked and packed accurately for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Products: Locate and gather specific items from designated storage areas based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy in the selection process.

- Packing Orders: Carefully pack items into boxes for shipping, making sure they are secure and protected to prevent damage during transit.

- Labeling Packages: Attach correct shipping labels to packages, ensuring all information is clearly written and matches the order details for smooth delivery.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the packing area organized and tidy, following safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.

- Inventory Checks: Assist in inventory counts and help to restock items as needed, ensuring the warehouse shelves remain organized and stocked.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and have a willingness to learn. Previous experience in picking and packing is helpful but not necessary, as training will be provided. Attention to detail is important to ensure that the right products are selected and packed. Candidates must be physically fit, as the role involves lifting and moving packages. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
