Walk-In Interview For Picker & Packer (Male)

We are seeking a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team. This role is vital for maintaining our inventory system and ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and must have completed at least the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Items: Accurately selecting items from storage based on order requirements. This ensures the right products are prepared for shipping.

- Packing Orders: Carefully packaging items to protect them during transit. This includes using appropriate materials to minimize damage.

- Labeling Shipments: Correctly labeling packages for delivery. This step is crucial for ensuring packages reach their correct destinations on time.

- Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and organization. Keeping track of stock levels helps in maintaining operational efficiency.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the workspace is clean and organized. A tidy environment promotes safety and efficiency within the warehouse.
