Picker & Packer (Freshers) Chandigarh

We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Chandigarh. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Picking: You will be responsible for gathering and selecting items from our inventory according to customer orders, ensuring that the right products are picked in the correct quantities.

- Packing Orders: After picking items, you will carefully pack them using suitable materials to protect them during transit, ensuring that they reach customers in perfect condition.

- Labeling Shipments: You will print and attach the appropriate shipping labels to packages, making sure that all information is clear and accurate for smooth delivery.

- Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels and inform your supervisor about low inventory, helping maintain a well-organized storage area.

- Quality Control: You will inspect items for any damage or defects before packing, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th pass. Attention to detail is essential, as you will need to accurately pick and pack items. Good communication skills are important for teamwork and reporting issues. Although freshers are welcome, a willingness to learn and follow instructions is expected. Physical stamina is needed, as the role involves lifting and moving products. You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in your tasks.
