10th Pass Freshers For Picker & Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Picker to join our team in Madipakkam, Chennai. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed the 10th grade. The Picker will be responsible for efficiently locating and gathering products for orders in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Selection**: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and specifications.

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in keeping the warehouse organized by restocking shelves and reporting any discrepancies in inventory.

- **Quality Check**: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality service to customers.

- **Packing Items**: Prepare picked items for shipment by packing them securely and labeling them properly to avoid mix-ups.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work together with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess good attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with the team. A basic understanding of inventory management procedures is helpful but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
