Position: Picker & Packer

Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 8 Hours

Shifts: 3 Rotational Shifts

- -21,000/- CTC

Role & Responsibilities

- Pick ordered items accurately from the warehouse shelves.

- Pack items securely as per Blinkit packing standards.

- Scan and update items in the system using handheld devices.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking/packing area.

- Ensure items are handled safely to avoid damage.

- Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily order targets.

Requirements

- Qualification: 10th / 12th (Any)

- Freshers can apply

- Ability to work in rotational shifts

- Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift light items

- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus
