We are looking for a dedicated Picker to join our team in Noida Extension. This role involves collecting and preparing items for orders. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Picking**: Accurately pick items based on orders specified, ensuring that all orders are completed efficiently and correctly.

- **Sorting**: Organize items in designated areas and maintain cleanliness to ensure a smooth workflow.

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

- **Packaging**: Prepare picked items for shipment by securely packaging them to prevent damage during transport.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good organizational skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to quickly understand and follow instructions. Candidates should be physically fit, as the role may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. A flexible attitude towards work hours and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential.
