Picker & Packer Fresher

As a Picker & Packer, you will play a vital role in our logistics team to ensure products are accurately selected and packed for dispatch. This full-time position is based in Chamrail and is open to candidates with educational qualifications up to the 10th standard and varying experience levels, from freshers to those with up to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Products: You will locate and select items from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling order requirements.

- Packing Orders: After picking, you are responsible for packing items securely to prevent damage during transportation, following company standards and guidelines.

- Maintaining Inventory: You will assist in keeping track of stock levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor, helping to ensure that inventory is well managed.

- Organizing Work Area: Keeping your work area clean and organized is essential to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

- Following Safety Standards: You are expected to adhere to safety procedures to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues while performing your tasks.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of orders. Good physical health is needed, as the job may involve lifting and moving items.
