Freshers For Picker & Packer - Delhi

We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Khanpur, Delhi. As a Picker, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing products for shipment. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with no prior experience up to five years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Picking Products**: Accurately select items from storage areas according to order specifications, ensuring that the right products are chosen and ready for distribution.

2. **Packaging**: Carefully pack selected items to prevent damage during transit, making sure that packages are securely sealed and labeled correctly.

3. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting shortages and verifying incoming items, keeping the stock organized and up-to-date.

4. **Quality Control**: Check products for any damages or defects before packing them, ensuring that only high-quality items are sent out.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety guidelines and protocols while handling goods, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential. You should be physically fit, as the role involves lifting and moving products. Good communication skills will help you work effectively with your team.
