We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Picker & Packer. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that orders are prepared and shipped accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Order Picking:** You will be responsible for selecting the correct items from inventory based on the orders received, making sure to follow the order instructions carefully.

- **Packing Orders:** After picking the items, you will securely pack them to prevent damage during shipment. This includes using the right packaging materials and labeling packages correctly.

- **Inventory Management:** You will assist in keeping track of stock levels and help maintain organization in the storage area to ensure items are easy to locate.

- **Quality Control:** You must check the items for any defects or incorrect items to ensure high-quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintaining accurate records of picked and packed items is essential, as it helps track inventory and ensures accuracy in order fulfillment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and have a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work independently in a home environment and manage your time efficiently. Basic computer skills are necessary to track orders and communicate with the team. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
