We are seeking a dedicated Picker to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing items for orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Selection**: Retrieve items from shelves and storage areas according to order specifications, ensuring the correct products and quantities are picked.

- **Quality Check**: Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing to ensure all orders meet quality standards.

- **Organizing Stock**: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace by properly arranging and labeling products in their designated locations.

- **Inventory Support**: Assist with counting and tracking inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade. Strong attention to detail is essential, as accuracy in picking is crucial for customer satisfaction. Basic physical fitness is important, as the role may require lifting and moving items. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
