Picker & Packer Fresher

We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Picker & Packer. This role involves essential tasks that support our operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Products: You will locate and select items as per customer orders or inventory requests, requiring attention to detail to ensure the correct items are chosen.

- Packing Items: After picking, you will package the products securely to prevent damage during shipping. This involves using appropriate materials and methods for different types of items.

- Labeling Packages: It is important to label each package accurately with the necessary information, ensuring easy identification during delivery processes.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping your workspace clean and organized is crucial for safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for tidying up your area and disposing of waste properly.

- Reporting Issues: If you notice any discrepancies in products or packaging materials, you must report them to your supervisor promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Attention to Detail: You should be meticulous in following instructions to avoid errors in picking and packing.

- Physical Stamina: This job requires physical activity, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. A good level of fitness is essential.

- Team Player: You will work closely with others, so collaboration and a positive attitude are important.

- Basic Literacy and Numeracy: Understanding labels and basic counting is necessary; a minimum education of 10th pass is required for this role.
