Hiring Fresher - Picker & Packer - Indore

Join our team as a Picker & Packer in Indore. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that products are selected and packed accurately for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Orders: You will locate and gather items from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection.

- Packing Products: After picking items, you will securely pack them for shipping, using proper materials to protect the products during transportation.

- Labeling Shipments: You will label packages with shipping information and contents to ensure they reach the right destination.

- Inventory Management: You will assist in tracking inventory levels by reporting discrepancies and restocking shelves when necessary.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: It is important to keep your work area organized and clean, which will help in maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade. Although previous experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the correct items are picked and packed. You should be physically fit as the job may involve lifting and moving packages.
