We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is essential for ensuring that our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. A maximum of 1 year of experience is required, and candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Order Picking:** Accurately gather products from the shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the right items and quantities are selected.

- **Packing:** Safely pack the picked items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and techniques.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies in inventory promptly to maintain accuracy.

- **Quality Check:** Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards before packing, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped.

- **Maintenance of Workspace:** Keep the picking and packing area clean and organized to ensure a safe work environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in orders and packaging.
